Born from a love of good things done slowly.
Lazi Cow started with a simple belief: that a great cup of coffee and a perfectly mixed drink shouldn't live in separate worlds. Our founders — Sacramento locals who spent years traveling from Portland to Mexico City in search of the perfect café culture — brought that vision home.
Today, our space on Del Paso Road is where the morning crowd sips single-origin pour-overs at the marble counter, and by evening, the same room transforms into an intimate cocktail lounge with low lighting and the clink of ice in crystal glasses.
